You can increase your metabolism by dividing up your eating into five meals that are moderate to light in nature. Your body will then get used to the scheduling and begin to speed up its process. You may also find yourself having trouble to stick with this plan; however, after a week or so the prospect should get easier. Remember, your metabolism is the key to beginning to achieve the desired results you have been looking for.
